I am simply let down everytime I get talked into going to an american made comedy. Who's rating these comedy movies... post pubescent boys and girls? I guess if you think bare breasted women, stupid cliches' and just plain dumb writing is funny... more power to you. I'll stick to the foreign comedies, until Hollywood can produce something more funny than this type of garbage.

After 2 hours I couldnt take it anymore. I dont know why I went. The second one was no good but unbelievably it was better than this piece of trash. What is it with the summer blockbusters this year?. They all suck. Someone, make a good movie please.

Three hour bore-fest - Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End Reviews

Big budget movie meant to make money but give nothing back in return. The movie is so hard to follow and after a while, who cares? The monkey in the film gives a better performance than Johnny Depp. The monkey mugs less for the camera than Johnny. Bad acting, bad script, very long, uninteresting movie that relies too heavily on special effects. Not worth the money.

In the beginning, the movie seems promising. But the writers brought in too many characters too quickly who created alliances with one another in the hopes of backstabbing another, and then they all changed their minds. Its as confusing as it sounds. The story was confusing, and loose ends never seemed to be tied up. The visuals, were decent and probably one of the few highlights of the movie. Honestly, 2 hours and 45 minutes is just to lengthy and drawn out for the plot. Had it been condensed and cut down, maybe it could have done better. Brevity might have been able to do the trick. Out of the 3 movies this is the lesser of them all, still mediocre but not great.

He he, we Germans sometimes can watch movies in theatres earlier than you Americans. So i watched "At wold`s end" yesterday and i got tired after a time, but hopefully a cup of coffee hold me awake. 1. Too much of talking. Sometimes it is nice that there are long dialogues, so nobody can say that this movie is just bombed with effects and don't have a storyline. But this movie contains too much of talking stuffs, to many topics, to many characters. I was bored after a time. 2. But the final fight at the end, approx. last 40 minutes was like sitting in a rollercoaster in Disneyland. The battle was dark and rainy, but i haven't seen such a perfect battle before. The effects were so great that you would never think of having special effects there. 3. Johnny Depp was great like usual. This time, the Oscar will be his own.

I went to the theater dressed up as a pirate! I wanted to hide after watching this horrific film. I loved the first, liked the second, hated the third. I was anxious and bored waiting for something exciting to happen. It seemed as if they ran out of ideas. Some of the fighting scenes were not possible. The ship twisting in a whirlpool while a storm and they can sword fight on top of a slippery mast. Doubtful. Not worth the money or waste of almost 3 hours.
